I did wonder at one point during your conversation whether there's the idea that REBT allows for a degree of righteous, acceptable or a kind of positive anger.
That would put it at odds with Stoic teachings on anger I believe. However, as the conversation progressed I didn't get the sense that is the case. What is your take on that?
I liked your suggestion that REBT practitioners and those in the modern Stoicism movement join forces and hold courses, podcasts, conferences and the like. REBT as a way of life or philosophy of life sounds very appealing.
