Walking 🚶‍♂️ the very best friend to those of us Senior Citizens. For me the first walk of the day with our very best friend Hubert the Dog 🐕 begins around 7:00 am for 2 to 3 miles. Sally takes him for his afternoon walk for another 2 to 3 miles. Oh yes, one of my first real hero’s was Coach John Wooden of UCLA basketball history. I crossed paths with him on a number of occasions as he did his daily 5 miles. Coach lived to 99. 🙏🏻
